KR amended its Guidance for Prevention Systems of Pollution from Ships
Korean Register on 10 May 2023 published an article informing that the amendments have been made to the KR Technical Rule 2022 (Guidance for Prevention Systems of Pollution from Ships) to reflect Requests for Establishment/Revision of Classification Technical Rules.
These amendments will be applicable from 1 June 2023.
Amendments:
- Onboard Carbon Capture and Storage System (Ch. 7)
- Onboard Carbon Capture and Storage System Ready Ships (Ch. 8)
Also, the amendments will be included in the 2023 edition of Rules and Guidance on KR Classification Technical Rules which is provided on the website.
