Netherlands delegates the type approval and issue of Declaration of MARPOL Electronic Record Book

The Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management has published the agreement regarding the Authorization Letter concerning the approval of MARPOL-related Electronic Record Books.

This document has been published on November 24th, 2022, and is addressed to:

- American Bureau of Shipping (ABS),
- Bureau Veritas (BV),
- DNV,
- Indian Register of Shipping (IRS),
- Lloyd’s Register (LR),
- Nippon Kaiji Kyokai (Class NK), and
