The Panama Canal Authority, on January 1st, 2023, issued various notices addressed to shipping agents, owners, and operators.

These notices refer to procedures during the transit through the Canal, implementation of the ISPS Code, harbor operations, equipment tests, marine accident investigations, Panama Canal Shipboard Oil Pollution Emergency Plan requirements, etc.
