Panama issues List of Approved P&I Clubs/Insurers

The Panama Maritime Authority has issued the List of Approved P&I Clubs/Insurers.

This merchant marine circular has been published on December 1st, 2022, and is addressed to ship owners, operators, company security officers, legal representatives of Panamanian flagged vessels, Panamanian merchant marine consulates, and recognized organizations.

This Merchant Marine Circular replaces MMC-352.

The purpose of this Merchant Marine Circular is to inform the list of P&I / insurance companies / financial security providers accepted by this Administration to issue the Blue Cards or Financial Securities related to the following Conventions:  CLC’92, BCC 2001, PAL 2002, WRC 2007, and MLC 2006.
