RMRS amends Part II and III of Rules for the Equipment of Sea-going Ships
Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RMRS) has amended Part II and Part III of the Rules for the Equipment of Sea-going Ships. The rules have been approved in accordance with the established approval procedure and came into force on 1st of January 2022, while most of the amendments came into force on the 1st of March 2022.
Amendments to Paragraphs 4.4.1.2.3 and 4.4.1.5.2 become effective on 01.01.2023 while amendments to Paragraphs 6.13.8.1.1 and 6.20.1.3 become effective on 01.01.2024.
The present edition of the Rules is based on the 2021 edition taking into account the amendments developed immediately before publication.
