Singapore amends Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act
Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore has amended Part 16, Paragraph 108 Exemption from distress and enforcement against property of Authority of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act. The amendments became effective on 01 April 2022.
'The Act to establish and incorporate the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, to provide for its functions and powers, and for matters connected therewith' was completely revised in 2020. The revised version incorporates all amendments up to and including 01 December 2021 and came into operation on 31 December 2021.
