Singapore: information about crew change, shore leave, and application for vaccination

The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore has issued a circular about crew change, shore leave, and application for vaccination.

This circular was published on February 10th, 2023, and supersedes Port Marine Circular (PMC) No.19 of 2022.

Singapore lifted remaining border measures related to COVID-19, meaning that as of February 13th, 2023, all non-fully vaccinated travelers entering Singapore are no longer required to show proof of a negative Pre-Departure Test.

Also, non-fully vaccinated short-term visitors are no longer required to buy COVID-19 travel insurance.

Applications can be made directly to the ICA CREW system via digitalPORT@SG™.

All persons aged 18 and over (including short-term visitors) can receive vaccinations and boosters under the Private Vaccination Program.

Since it is a private arrangement, the vaccination will be at the individual's own expense.

To book an appointment or for any inquiries, please contact the clinics directly. They are listed at https://www.vaccine.gov.sg/locations/pvp.
