Due to amendments to the criteria in the Green Port Programme (GPP), the Pre-Arrival Notification (PAN) will require the master of every ship, craft or unit calling at the Port of Singapore to provide more information regarding the GPP.
The revised PAN must be submitted by the owner, agent or master of passenger ships, cargo ships of 500 GT and above and mobile offshore units, including mobile offshore drilling units.
The completed PAN must be submitted to the Port Security Unit at least 24 hours before the vessel’s arrival in Singapore. A ship, craft or unit coming from a nearby port, with less than 24 hours steaming time to Singapore, must immediately on departure from such port complete the form and email it to Port Security Unit.
The full revised PAN form can be viewed here.
