The UK's Secretary of State has published the Merchant Shipping (Light Dues) (Amendment) Regulations 2023.
These Regulations have been published on March 8th, 2023, and will enter into force on April 1st, 2023.
This document amends the Merchant Shipping (Light Dues) Regulations 1997 (S. These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
An Explanatory Memorandum is published alongside this instrument on www.legislation.gov.uk.
