USCG: Guidelines on qualification for national endorsements for LB and LB-LTD and STCW endorsements for PSC and PSC-LTD

The United States Coast Guard issued NVIC 01-24 on qualification guidelines for national endorsements for lifeboatman and lifeboatman-limited, as well as STCW endorsements for proficiency in survival craft and rescue boats.
