Australia: New marine order on yachts and training vessels will come into effect on January 1st, 2023

New regulations relating to yachts and training vessels apply from January 1st, 2023, announced the Australian Maritime Safety Authority on its website.

Marine Order 52 (MO52) establishes survey, maintenance and certification requirements for regulated Australian vessels (RAVs) that are yachts or training vessels.
