DNV publishes class programme documents on anti-fouling systems and welding consumables

Classification Society DNV has published two class programme documents regarding anti-fouling systems and welding consumables.

These documents have been published on December 1st, 2022.

Anti-fouling Systems

The purpose of this document is to provide a description of type approval of anti-fouling systems.

It replaces DNV-CP-0069 issued in September 2021.

It should be noted that this class programme is not applicable for obtaining EU Marine Equipment Directive certification.

The procedures and requirements described in this document are applicable for obtaining a DNV's type approval certificate.

Welding Consumables

This class programme explains the requirements for obtaining, maintaining, and renewing the DNV's type approval for welding consumables.

This document supersedes DNV-CP-0069 published in September 2021.
