IRClass amended its Rules and Regulations for the Construction and Classification of Steel Ships

Indian Register of Shipping (IRClass) has published a Rules Change Notice amending the Rules and Regulations for the Construction and Classification of Steel Ships.

These amendments should be considered alongside the specifications outlined in the July 2023 version of the Rules.

In TABLE 1, you will find information about the specific Parts/Chapters affected by these amendments and their respective effective dates.

Furthermore, the detailed requirements are provided in the sequence of Part/Chapter/Section/Sub-section/Clause.

This document was published on 1 September 2023 and became effective on 1 October 2023.
