Indian Register of Shipping (IRClass) has amended the Rules for Bulk Carriers and Oil Tankers - Volume 1.
This rule change notice was published on 1 September 2023 and will become effective from 1 January 2024.
This document provides information on the latest updates and modifications to the 'Rules for Bulk Carriers and Oil Tankers - Volume 1,' along with the dates when these changes will take effect.
These newly introduced additions and revisions should be considered in conjunction with the stipulations outlined in the July 2023 edition of the Rules.
