Panama issues circular on the authorized service providers for maintenance

The Panama Maritime Authority has issued the Merchant Marine Circular about the authorized service providers for maintenance, thorough examination, operational testing, overhaul, and repair of lifeboats and rescue boats, launching appliances, and release gear.

This circular is addressed to ship owners, ship operators, manufacturers, legal representatives of Panamanian flagged vessels, Panamanian merchant marine consulates, and recognized organizations.

This Merchant Marine Circular has been published on December 1st, 2022.
