Panama issues revised instructions for payments to CSR and ISSC

The Panama Maritime Authority has issued a revised merchant marine circular (MMC) 337 in regard to instructions for payments to CSR and ISSC.

This document was published on December 1st, 2022.

Changes are made in paragraph 1 where SSAS Exemption Certificate is excluded from the instructions for the payment.

Paragraph 2, also, has some modifications made.

And, the list of offices authorized to charge a revision fee is excluded from this document.
