Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RMRS) has issued a Circular Letter amending Common Structural Rules for Bulk Carriers and Oil Tankers. The provisions of the Circular Letter apply on ships contracted for construction or conversion on or after 01 July 2022.
The amendments include supplementation of an annotation by the references to Urgent Rule Change Notice 1 to CSR 01 JAN 2021 version, Corrigenda 1 to CSR 01 Jan 2021 version and Rule Change Notice 1 to CSR 01 January 2021 version, as well as the text of the IACS CSR text being replaced by text of IACS CSR 2022.
The amendments become effective on 01 July 2022.
