The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore has issued a port marine circular regarding the adjustment of the Disease Outbreak Response System condition.
The level of the Disease Outbreak Response System (DORSCON, a framework that provides an indication of the current disease situation) on 13 February 2023 was downgraded from "yellow" to "green".
This is a consequence of the favorable global and local situation, the mild nature of COVID-19 disease, especially among the vaccinated population, and the minimal disruption of everyday life.
Based on the announcement, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore will lift the remaining COVID-19 measures.
This circular was published on March 20th, 2023, and supersedes circulars No. 09 of 2022 and No. 20 of 2022.
