St. Vincent and the Grenadines issues circular regarding yachts operating in polar waters

The Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Maritime Administration has issued the circular addressed to yachts' owners and masters, surveyors to flag state, administration, and recognized organizations.

This circular regarding yachts operating in polar waters has been published on November 21st, 2022, and is applicable to all yachts.
