UK amends Prevention of Oil Pollution and Prevention of Pollution by Sewage from Ships

The UK's Secretary of State has published the Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Oil Pollution and Prevention of Pollution by Sewage from Ships) (Amendment) Regulations 2022.

These Regulations have been published on December 1st, 2022, and come into force on December 27th, 2022.

These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
