The Directorate General of Shipping, India has issued the circular regarding the issuance of Seafarer's Identity Documents (SID) to Indian seafarers.
This document has been published on December 2nd, 2022, and enters into force on April 1st, 2023.
India extends the validity of the COEs for foreign COCs
The Directorate from time to time had received representations from M/s Indian National Ship Owners Association (INSA) requesting extension on the validity of the NT/ENG Circular No. 03 of 2017.
