Panama Maritime Authority: Avoid transiting through Ukrainian and Russian waters in the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov!

The Panama Maritime Authority has issued the merchant marine notice regarding the situation in Ukrainian and Russian waters in the Black Sea and Sea of Azov.

This notice has been published on November 15th, 2022.

The Panama Maritime Administration strongly recommends all Panamanian-flagged vessels to take all security measures and avoid transiting through Ukrainian and Russian waters in the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov.
