The Suez Canal Authority (SCA) has informed about the renewal of Circular (2/2017) concerning laden or ballast dry bulk vessels operating between Australian ports and ports in North West Europe.
The Suez Canal Authority has determined that Circular No. 2/2017, along with its subsequent revisions issued on December 18, 2022, which pertain to laden or ballast "Dry Bulk" vessels operating between Australian ports and ports in North West Europe (beginning from the port of Cadiz and its northern counterparts), will remain in effect until December 31, 2023.
The last allowable departure date from the originating port is December 31, 2023.
This circular was issued on June 21, 2023.
